Marley Elliott Law, PLLC and Hardeman County Title Co., LLC were founded by Marley Elliott in January of 2021. Marley is a 2011 graduate of Quanah High School. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications at West Texas A&M University. She went to the Oklahoma City University School of Law where she completed her Juris Doctor in 2018. She has been practicing in Quanah since 2019. 

Prior to going to law school, Marley worked for Mr. David Brinkerhoff, a long-time Quanah resident and former owner of the county's abstract & title plant, where she learned everything there is to know about land and title records in Hardeman County.
